HISTORY

We were founded in 1994, initially sourcing product from Italy to Become Bri-(Britan)-Ital (Italy). We have become a well established Solution partner of innovative bespoke products into the Foodservice and Manufacturing sectors. We source our products through several channels including our suppliers based across 26 different Countries and over 69 production sites, as well as trade shows around the globe and recommendations. We supply more than 300 clients in the UK, from National to small Independent businesses, and produce excess of 200 products.

We are a bespoke food supplier to the foodservice and manufacturing sectors. With 26 years of successful innovation behind us - Sourcing and offering high-quality Frozen products including Speciality Breads and Burger Buns, Pizza, Pasta, Desserts, Ingredients and much more.

We aim to provide Fast and Quality Bespoke solutions to meet individual requirements.
Our collaborative approach and passion for food, working closely with our clients Executive Chefs, Buyers, NPD and Technical teams to provide consistent innovation and profitable bespoke products from across Europe and the UK.
