Attending product tasting and performance trials in test kitchens and client operational sites as required.
Ongoing dialogue and monitoring of product usage and feedback, to deliver consistency and / or make any necessary modifications to our product or processes.
Attending development project meetings in-person & online with Chefs and Buyers, to identify new product opportunities & provide quick turnaround of samples.
Working with our Production Site teams across Europe to produce quality and innovation, and highest possible accreditation levels are met and maintained.
Ensuring multi-level communication with our clients and suppliers, utilising the expertise and experience of our Technical, Logistics and Accounts team to ensure projects are delivered successfully and on time - every time.
